NescaVacanze The detached house

If you are looking for an apartment where peace and comfort are the rule, the house of NescaVacanze is what yo’re searching for. This apartment is located in Torre Vado at about three hundred meters from the sea and it is a villa surrounded by greenery, which is different from everything that surrounds it.
The house appears surrounded on three sides by wide verandas, one of which is covered by a roof, and characterized by the presence of a sink and barbeque as well as garden table that completes the whole. The house is on two levels:

• The ground floor has two large lounges, one of which features leather sofas and satellite television that put directly to the two bedrooms, one double and one consisting of two single beds that can be approached in the order to create a second double room. The latter gives access to the veranda behind the house, in which you’ll find the laundry area with sink, washing machine and the box with hot and cold showers. Also, the bathroom is big and very comfortable, and you’ll find there an enormous bathtub.

• The lower floor, accessed via a wooden staircase inside, is divided into a further sitting room, with two sofas that can become two other beds, a fully equipped kitchen in which there also are a fireplace and a second bathroom. From the kitchen, we have direct access to the veranda.
The decor of the apartment is comfortable and well cared, and a centralized air-conditioning system completes the whole.
