BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

  • The reservation is valid only after submission by our customer of a deposit.

  • The receipt proving payment, unless otherwise agreed, must be sent by email to info@nescavacanze.com or by fax to 0833532007 not later than 3 days after reservation, otherwise we shall cancel the reservation.

  • The outstanding balance should be cleared upon arrival. The methods of payment accepted are: cash, cashier’s check or bank transfer. In the case of payment by bank transfer, it must be made before arrival and a receipt confirming the payment will be shown at the arrive.

 
 
REGULATIONS

  • Prices include consumption of electricity, gas, water and sewer;
  • Opportunity to rent cars, motor scooters and bicycles in the local area;
  • Opportunity to rent boats and jet-skys in the local area;
  • Opportunity to enjoy boat excursions in the surrounding area to admire beautiful caves, provided externally;
  • Taxi services available upon request (Lecce – Brindisi – Bari) provided externally;
  • Tenants upon arrival may occupy the apartment after 5pm unless arranged otherwise;
  • Tenants at the end of the stay must leave the apartment by no later than 10am;
  • We do not accept animals;
